We have a Mastodon instance providing a forum for mental health professionals and the general public to exchange ideas, resources and expertise including but not limited to ethics, politics, practice building, and clinical issues. While only mental health professionals may join our instance, ANYONE can read the toots/posts and respond from other instances in the Fediverse. Pseudonyms allowed.
Mastodon is like Twitter, except that the toots (tweets) pass back and forth around the world across multiple server instances as part of the ActivityPub-driven Fediverse.

Clinicians Exchange Listserv
Clinicians Exchange is an all-volunteer international email-based listserv that existed on Yahoo Groups continuously from 2002 to December 2020. It continues without interruption in this new home.
The list is intended to provide a forum for mental health professionals to exchange ideas, resources and expertise including but not limited to ethics, politics, practice building, and clinical issues. It is designed to be a place where practitioners of many disciplines and settings can receive camaraderie and support in our rewarding but challenging work. The listserv emails are only distributed to professionals and real names are required.
